This page is a FCS policy.
Every place has rules. Rules define how people must behave in order to preserve the place’s integrity, and are expressions of the will of whoever rules over the place. Usually, part of the rules include basic safety directives and other stuff to make people stay.
FCS adopts New Digital Spirit general regulation as its regulation. Updated ruleset is always available on its site. In case of conflicts or discrepancies between translations, the English version takes precedence.

Rules
1. Remember the human
Be excellent. Empathy and mutual respect are the base of every lasting relationship. Any form of hate speech, discrimination, bullying, harassment, bigotry, racism, extreme political propaganda, sexism, homo- and transphobia, ableism and justicialism is not welcome here. Zero tolerance towards harassment against women (particularly, catcalling and sexual abuse).
2. Abide by law
Italian and U.S. applicable laws, other than any platform TOS and community guidelines that apply. Any incident of law breaking will be reported.
3. Do not turn against us
Do not accuse, threaten or take legal action against us, before looking for dialogue with staff first. Do not do illegal or rule-breaking things and then blame all of it on us. Do not organize raids or shitstorms in name of or against us. Acting in bad faith against us will be met with permanent ban.
- For instance, the following things are illegal: CP and revenge porn, terrorist propaganda, piracy and endorsement of piracy, uploading copyrighted content, credible threats, human trafficking, sale of regulated goods, etc.
4. Do not turn against other members
No doxxing or PII diffusion, stalking, catcalling, violation of boundaries, circumvention of block, or unsolicited DM or acts are allowed here. Make other users feel safe. Don’t hit on other users if they do not consent.
- Count as PII real names, credit card numbers, SSNs, phone numbers, home and work addresses, and face pics.
5. Do not exploit our spaces
Do not attempt any form of privilege escalation or disruption, including security exploits, (D)DoS, nukes, grabbing other users, automated raids, spamming, flooding, and advertising anything (including other Discord servers). Don’t exploit anyone physically or psychologically. People capable of token grab are not allowed for any reason on our spaces.
6. Stay on topic
Each channel has its own topic and rules, and users must keep the conversation on topic. Attempts to hijack the conversation will be stopped by staff. CW or mark as spoiler anything that may hurt people’s sensibility. As a special case, NSFW and gore are not allowed in our spaces at all.
7. Staff has the last words.
You must respect admins and moderators. They are the ones in charge of building our community and keeping it clean. It’s not their job, they do it on their free time and they are not paid or rewarded for this. Therefore, be kind and respectful with them. You may not context staff’s decisions, once made. You may not ask for moderation permissions or server transfers, too. If the staff is breaking the rules and/or making you feel unsafe, report them to me. I’ll take charge and hold them accountable.
8. Be yourself
You are allowed to use the nickname or pfp that better fits you. However, you may not impersonate other users or famous people, use blank or misleading usernames, have "Leader", "Master", "Mod", "Admin" or every word involving power as your nickname. Lying about own age is strictly forbidden. Do not post content you don’t own without credits or attribution.
- E.g. you may not send pics of models passing them as your own in order to get pics of others (see rule 4)
9. What happens here, remains here
Except otherwise noted, anything sent in here is copyrighted. Use outside this server of any conversation without authorization is forbidden, including in court and to train AI models. Do not leak contents of private channels into public ones or elsewhere, or you’ll lose access to the whole server.
10. We are not your army
Do not ask us to do things (be them good or bad) for you, for free. If you want us to do something, you have to pay us. And we still have the right to refuse to do it.
11. Be mature
The minimum age advised is 20 years. In the end, it is up to you to behave like an adult, and not spill your emotions over us. It may help on and off this server. Do not engage in "wars" of any type.
12. Be understandable
We cannot moderate languages we don’t understand. Do not speak languages other than English and Italian here. If you speak another language, be sure to provide a reliable translation. Excessive jargon is also subject to moderation.
13. Take accountability for your actions
Every action has a consequence. Breaking the rules will be met with punishment or decay of your privileges. Once you are banned here, you are banned forever (see rule 7). You may not return to the server using alts.
14. Keep your stuff to yourself
Do not blame us for things that happen outside our spaces, we are not responsible for that.
15. Behave your age
Do not enter adult-only spaces if you are minor, and viceversa. E-sex, sexual roleplay and flirting are restricted to adult-only spaces. Users caught doing this on mixed spaces will be warned and asked to stop. Cases of adults hitting on minors will be reported to law enforcement and offenders will be permanently banned.
